Welcome back friends - Happy Wednesday!
I would like to start off with some personal words. This has been a great adventure so far - thanks to you all. Our community is growing with subscribers here, on Facebook, as well as on Instagram. Thank you for getting the word out about the HappyGermanChef, and Welcome new subscribers.
This past weekend has been busy. I cooked up a storm with Braised Short Rib Lasagna roll-ups with red and white sauce. I added 4 pasta dough recipes, as well. I used pasta dough #3 for the lasagna roll-ups. Try it out!
There had to be another batch of double chocolate chip cookies. All this rain here is just way too much. You need something to lighten your mood. And what is better than chocolate?
You will find a whole new category on my website, as well - Keto. You can find, Sausage-Egg-Cups - a wonderful make ahead breakfast with sausage, eggs and sharp cheddar. I make on Sunday nights and take them as breakfast to work.
Spicy-Baked-Cauliflower, a wonderful side dish that goes well with grilled pork chops. And, Truffled-Cauliflower-Mash. All are delicious recipes, if you want to go without carbs.
I updated my recipes and added new galleries to them that will guide you step-by-step through the recipe. So, if you haven't been to the website in a while, come and visit again.
What will be next with HappyGermanChef? Let me give you a quick forecast of what I will be making this weekend. A friend of mine - she is 3rd generation Italian American - provided me with old hand-written recipes kept in a tin box. - How lucky am I?
