Hello and welcome back to the HappyGermanChef blog.
This past week I got the chance to try some great restaurants. There was a Spanish night at a local Federal Hill restaurant #Deli101, fantastic Sushi at #Azumi in Harbor East. And, last but not least, a great night at the new #Guinness brewery in Baltimore.
Now that Fall is finally here I am ready to share some good German Fall and Winter recipes from my family. I just published my mom's red cabbage and a hearty beef stew recipe with red wine.
What else is coming? I have some great recipes lined up. How about some pretzel roll dumplings that go well with any kind of meat or meat stew. Or some nice comforting desserts like red wine poached plums over German rice pudding? That all and more is coming. I will, of course, put the pictures on my Facebook and Instagram pages, and share my recipes here.
