When I looked for some new ideas for vegetables, I came across this spicy baked cauliflower. It is easy to make and a great delicious side dish. Spiced with Sriracha and soy sauce, with a hint of sweet from maple syrup.

What you need:

1 cauliflower
2 tbl-spoons olive oil
2 tbl-spoons Sriracha sauce
1 tbl-spoon soy sauce
2 tbl-spoon maple syrup
1/2 cup bread crumbs (optional)

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 400F / 200C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In bowl mix together all sauces, the olive oil, and maple syrup. Cut the cauliflower into bite size pieces and put into the bowl. Mix thoroughly to coat the cauliflower.

Put everything on the baking sheet. Spread out, so that the pieces do not overlap each other. Sprinkle with bread crumbs (optional).

Bake for 30 minutes.

Enjoy!
